Application Background

Solution
The pressure transmitter utilizes a stainless steel isolated diaphragm diffusion silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor as the signal measurement unit, with the signal processing and transmission unit housed within a circular casing.
The sensor signal undergoes high-precision data acquisition. Simultaneously, digital compensation technology is employed to compensate for temperature and static pressure, thereby improving measurement accuracy and reducing temperature drift. After data processing, the pressure value is transmitted via wireless NB-IoT.
System Framework

NB-IoT (IoT Interface Type Classification)
Narrow Band Internet of Things (NB-IoT) has become a significant branch of the Internet of Everything network. NB-IoT specifically focuses on indoor coverage, low cost, long battery life, and high connection density. It uses a subset of the LTE standard but limits the bandwidth to a single narrow band of 200kHz. It employs OFDM modulation for downlink communication and SC-FDMA for uplink communication. Built upon cellular networks, NB-IoT consumes only about 180kHz of bandwidth and can be directly deployed on GSM, UMTS, or LTE networks. Targeting the Low Power Wide Area (LPWA) IoT market, NB-IoT is an emerging technology with broad global application potential. It features wide coverage, massive connections, fast speed, low cost, low power consumption, and an optimized architecture. Due to these characteristics, its application fields include parking, meter reading, fire protection, water services/hydrology, street lighting, shared bicycles, and home appliances.
