Primary Objectives of the Solution

  • Deploy IoT communication gateways to cover the entire factory building and premises. Uplink supports 4G/Ethernet, downlink supports ZigBee/LoRa/RS485, enabling connectivity with terminals using various wireless and wired technologies.
  • Achieve online monitoring, automatic collection, and storage of various energy consumption data and energy efficiency indicators, providing flexible and diverse query methods. It can offer hybrid wireless (ZigBee/LoRa) and wired (RS485) networking solutions for water, electricity, and gas monitoring. For existing on-site equipment, wireless or wired RS485 serial connections can be used for data upload.
  • Provide various environmental data collection sensors tailored to each factory's environment, including temperature, humidity, illumination, carbon dioxide concentration, and other environmental parameters.
  • For special equipment within the factory that requires switching control or data acquisition, provide wireless serial port and digital I/O control devices to enable remote switching control.
