Channel Access Recognition Management System

Application Overview

The Passage Access Recognition Management System is primarily designed to manage the entry and exit of personnel, vehicles through gates, or the inbound/outbound movement of items. Personnel, vehicles, or items are bound with dual-frequency electronic tags, which normally do not transmit signals. When a tag passes through a gate, it is activated by a 125KHz low-frequency activator installed at the gate, causing it to transmit a 2.4GHz tag signal. A nearby 2.4GHz reader captures this tag signal, thereby identifying that the tag is passing through the gate. By further analyzing the carried activator source information, the system determines whether the tag is entering or exiting. This enables contactless automatic personnel check-in/out and automatic registration of item movements, achieving seamless personnel attendance tracking and inventory management for users.

Application Principle

One or more activators are installed inside and outside the passage gate. When a dual-frequency electronic tag enters within a range of several meters from an activator, it is activated. The activated electronic tag then transmits information such as the tag ID, activator ID, and activated signal RSSI (with a distance conversion error not exceeding 0.5 meters). The nearby passage manager receives the transmission from the electronic tag and can analyze it to determine behavioral events such as the tag entering, exiting, or merely passing by. This data is then reported to the management system, enabling seamless personnel attendance tracking and inventory management for users.

Solution Architecture

Application Features

Rapid Location of Bound Tags

The real-time location of personnel or items bound with tags, whether inside or outside the gate, is clearly visible at a glance.

Quick Identification of Bound Tag Entry/Exit Status

By reading tag signals via the device, the entry and exit status of tags can be quickly determined.

Enable Rapid Inventory Counting

Bound tag quantities can be quickly counted within the passage or a specified area, improving inventory efficiency.

Abnormal Entry/Exit Alarm Notification

Alerts can be triggered if a bound tag does not meet the entry/exit criteria.
