Starkey Production Line Management Application Case Study

The most frequently encountered issue in the production line process is how to quickly and accurately distinguish between many products with identical external specifications, and promptly locate the required materials and products. While we could establish meticulous and strict management protocols for production line staff, requiring them to place different products on different shelves or workstations according to the rules, such a system would be extremely inefficient.

• Production line personnel select the device requiring debugging on a tablet or computer; after calling, the relevant product is located.
• Unbind the tag from the hearing aid before shipment after all debugging is complete, allowing for tag reuse.
