Each changeover necessitates several personnel to manually cross-reference material data and models to perform machine setup adjustments, material swaps, and update warehouse inventory records. This process consumes considerable time and requires meticulous attention for locating and repositioning items, resulting in low management efficiency.

To address its specific needs, Hangzhou Jincheng Electronics collaborated with West-HN to develop customized tags. Integrated with the West-HN Cloud Location Warehouse Management System, this solution enables intelligent and rapid part retrieval. Items can be located on-demand via instant calls, saving time, reducing labor costs, and significantly enhancing work efficiency.

Application Diagram

1. Bind the reel with an audio-visual tag.

2. The reader receives the tag information.

3. The reader transmits the data to the Cloud Location Warehouse Gateway WE-LS02.

4. The processed data from the gateway is integrated with the Cloud Location Warehouse management software.

5. Personnel use a mobile phone or tablet to search for items. A locate command is sent via the WeChat Mini Program to call the tag.

6. The bound audio-visual tag on the reel receives the call command and triggers an audible and visual alarm. Personnel quickly locate the item based on the alarm signals.
